Terms of Service

By accessing and using Kanbanq ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement ("Terms").

If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

Kanbanq is a project management platform operated by Kanbanq Sp. z o.o., a company registered in Poland (REGON: 542009470, NIP: 5253050479).

The Service provides kanban boards, collaboration tools, project tracking features, and AI-powered insights.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice to users.

We may also impose limits on certain features or restrict access to parts of the Service without notice or liability.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account.

You must not use the Service for any illegal, unauthorised, or prohibited purpose.

You are solely responsible for all content and data you upload, store, or transmit through the platform.

You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using our Service.

Kanbanq offers a free plan and a Pro plan. The Pro plan is priced at €4.50 per user per month, billed monthly.

There are no annual or long-term contracts. You pay month to month and may cancel at any time.

As a bonus, you receive one additional free seat for every four paid users. For example, a team of four pays for four seats but receives five.

We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

We process personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Polish data protection laws.

You retain ownership of your content and data. We do not claim ownership rights over your data.

We implement appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your data.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Kanbanq Sp. z o.o. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, licence, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information or content obtained from the Service.

Your content remains yours, but you grant us a licence to use, store, and share it as necessary to provide the Service.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.

Kanbanq shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of the above exclusions may not apply to you.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately, but these Terms will remain in effect.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Warsaw, Poland.

For EU residents, this does not affect your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.

We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service at least 30 days before they take effect.

Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
